We strive to bring out the original umami(original taste) and deliciousness of beef. And we deliver directly from the farm in Japan (Mie prefecture, and other selected location in Japan)to Hong Kong by Air shipment. All carefully selected wagyu beef is ONLY A5 (BMS 10 -12), the highest rank. We keep looking for the rare and phantom A5 BRAND Wagyu beef from Japan We offer a two course where you can fully enjoy the original taste of our wagyu (Niku).
